我也感覺回國重新簽H1B如果被deny可能還有個back up的選項比較保險些。就是請問您如果H1B visa被deny 後以H4的身份回來申請I485會有風險麽？
-Not at all, especially your I-140 is NIW. Then, you can apply for EAD to work at the same time with the I-485 filing.
我記得 I-485上麵有問是否有visa 被deny 的情況。
-Even if the H-1B visa application is denied, it does not affect your I-485 when you file it as H-4 holder.
還有個問題我想問一下，我H1B approve (extension denied) 上說的好像讓我去特定領事館申請，我不太確定，想請教下您。
-Because USCIS have sent your information to that specific US Consulate, you need to go to that US Consulate to apply for the H-1B visa..
