最後準備階段，

1. 本人 TN， 現在在美國。page 2, part 2, required Action, 選b.-Correct.

page 3, Part 4. Processing Information a, b 和 c 空白。這樣可以嗎？我這樣問是因為我以前律師填的表選了 a 並加了口岸做processing. 現在看來應該不適合。

-You still need to answer Item "a", "b" and "c" in case your H-1 approval has no I-94 (.i.e. change of status cannot be granted). Thus, you need to go to the port of entry to get the I-94.

2.Page 2, Part 2, 3. provide the most recent petition/application receipt number for the beneficiary. 這個是不是指通過I-129的任何申請 而不是我剛剛提交的 I-140 申請， 對吧？ 

-Correct.

2. 看 I-129的instruction,  需要提交一式兩份。第二份中要不要包含支票的複印件？我怕與原件混淆。看有的指導網站說第二份要加cover page 並加注 "DUPLICATE COPY - PLEASE NOTIFY KCC UPON APPROVAL“，我不明白KCC 的意思，也不知道是不是合適。 還有的網站說隻有 consluar processing (CP) 才要兩份。但我還是發兩份吧。

-You still need to provide one original and one duplicate copy in case you need to get the H-1 I-94 at the port of entry or get the H-1 visa at the US Consulate. KCC means Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) Fraud Protection Unit (FPU). 

3. 要不要加一個預付的快遞(return air courier mailer)，方便移民局回寄批準的VISA?

-No.

這也是有的網站建議的。

4. 老板把日期簽成了 mm-dd-yyyy 而不是 mm/dd/yyyy。要不要重簽？
