我一朋友的孩子在一所小學校工作。她想自己出錢雇律師辦H1b,可以快一些。可以嗎？還是一定要用學校的律師。

-Technically, H1-B filign fee and the lawyer fee must be padi by the employer, but some employer may not care about it. So, she may talk to the HR at her school. By the way, the lawyer will be the representative on the school, not her, even if she pay the fee.
