多謝8老師。這幾天一直在和學校的律師溝通。我問他可不可以 file a H1B amendament petition for working site change, 但是他keeping saying that I need to file an entirely new LCA and H1B, and ask for a new three year term. 我想問一下您，這樣做是可以的嗎？我比較擔心我這種情況下file 新的LCA和H1B 比較risky也不可行。

-It seems that lawyer is very inexperienced. But it is fine to get a new one, and it will not affect your currennt H-1 status, anyway. You had better ask the lawyer to indicate two work sites in LCA application so that you can work either at home or at school. Thus, you don't need to file a new H-1 petition or H-1 amendment if you need to work at school after the COVID-19 crisis end in the future.
