然後昨天被退回來了，說申請費用不對，交的是我和兒子兩份打指紋的錢 85*2 和一份申請費$370， 一共$540，請問對嗎？這兩份錢必須分開交還是可以加一起？謝謝

-If you file one I-539 for both you and your son, you only need to pay $370 for the filing fee plus $170 biometrics fee (for two people), but your son needs to file I-539A together with the I-539 and provide the copy your son's birth certificate to prove your family relationship. Only need to issue one check of $540.

Otherwise, if you choose to file two seoarate I-539s, respectively, for you and you son, then you need to issue two checks and each of $455 ($370 plus $85), respectively. for you and your son. Your son does not need to file I-539A in this case.

2，還有我姐姐07年遞的F4排期應該要到了，目前A表排期是01Nov06, B表排期是08Mar07, 我人在美國，應該自己按照B表時間遞交，對嗎？我看B表的英文是dates for filing family-sponsors visa applications, 所以有點糊塗，請8老師解惑。

-If your priority date is earlier than March 8, 2007, then you can file your I-485 in Sept. based on B Form. So check your I-130 approval notice to find your priority date. See this link:

3，我在遞485的申請的時候，我的status 是填目前的身份TD還是H4 pending呢？估計H4要半年才能批下來。我怕我的H4被拒，因為我在申請表上mark 了有申請移民，那我可不可以不提交H4 呢？反正我老公的H1也是10月1號才開始生效。

-Just file your H-4 application now, otherwise you will be out of status after Oct. 1. If you file I-485 before October 1, then your statuis is still TD to file I-485.
