8老師，今年十月份公司準備幫忙transfer h1b到另外一個州的辦公點上班（同一家公司，隻是不同辦公地點）。然後現在打算在去那邊上班之前先用vocation回國一趟。目前的h1b的簽證是在目前所在州的辦公地點有效期到今年的11月8日，打算在11月8日之前回到美國。這種情況是否需要回國重新辦簽證？

The H-1B visa is still valid, but the problem is that if you do not get the H-1B amendment approval before you leave and you use the current H-1B approval notice to enter US, you need to work in the current working site for a while (e.g. one period of one pay check-one month), then you can go to the new working site.

因為目前不清楚公司會在什麽時候開始transfer h1b。-It is H-1B amendment, not H-1 transfer, because you still work for the same employer but in different working site.

目前h1b有效期是到2020年1月，例如：如果transfer h1b後生效期在今年10月20日，但是去那邊上班的offer上寫的start date是10月28. 然後我在10月26日回到美國。這種情況是否需要回國重新辦簽證？

還有一個問題就是，如果公司是在我回國的期間transfer 我的h1b這樣回來的時候會有什麽風險麽？

-If the company files the H-1 amendment during your travel in China, you have to wait for the H-1 amendment approval to come back. So, I would suggest you to visit China first and then, return to US using your current H-1 approval notice. Then, ask the employer to file H-1B amendment, and then you can work in the new working site/location immediately after the H-1B amendment filing (not need to wait for the approval). So, talk to your employer or the lawyer.
