目前狀態 h1b第六年，H1B 2019/8 到期, 4月份公司剛開始辦理3年的H1B延期。 140 approved on 2018/1。 spouse在美國沒有工作， 持H4簽證。

國內有一個offer， 需要 2019/9 -10月入職，但是不太確定2、3年後前景如何。 如果現在回國， 因為H1B的第一個6年已經用完， 在想返回美國工作的話是不是需要重新抽H1b的簽。 能否繼續用原有的H1B，時間是3年延期剩下的時間？ 謝謝8老師

-If you wait for the H-1B extension approval, work for a while (e.g. get the first paycheck) and leave US, then you do not need to get a new H-1 quote if you come back to US to work  and you can ask your new employer to file an H-1 peition for you to work (provide the copy of the I-140 approval notice and the copy of your H-1 extension approval notice to your new employer to file the H-1 petition).

Otherwise, if you leave US before your H-1 extension approval (beyond the 6-year limit), then you have to get a new H-1 quote if you come back to US to work.
