我朋友去年拿到H1，已經change status,最近要回國。想去加拿大 簽證
。他本科和研究生都是會計，後來又上了一個mba,用day1 Cpt 工作，每周去學校
上課一天。
您認為去加拿大簽證有沒有問題？
-Check the US Consulate in Canada to see whether they accept visa applicant for a third country national like your friend there.

By the way, if your firend's visa application is denied there, he/she cannot return to US from Canada directly, and have to go back to China to apply for a visa to come back to US.
