8老師，i485 file超過180天了，我工作的高校在西部將在3月給辦加急第二次延期（8月底到期），估計在4月初就能辦下來延期。我6月底回一次中國，而且需要到領事館去麵簽。但是有打算在5月換一個新學校在東部，

請問延期以後的H1B可還有用，如果我換到新學校去？會不會影響我6月底回國的麵簽？

-If you will never work for the old school after you return from China, you cannot use the H-1 approvla notice to apply for the visa. You must use the H-1 approval notice sponsored by the new school to apply for the visa and enter US. In this case, you can only enter US in advance just up to 10 days before the new H-1 is effective.

估計老學校這邊6月結束合同，新學校9月開學，兩個合同中間是不是不能有間隔呀？

如果綠卡麵試發生在間隔這段時間，是不是很有危險？
