六年之後我就不能再延期？ 剛才查到說如果交了 I-140 之後， 就可以不受限製， 但是我的140是前雇主交的， 現在應該已經不作數了吧。
-If the I-140 was approved, you still can use the approved I-140 to extend your H-1B beyond the 6-year limit even if you do not work for the I-140 sponsor. You need to provide the copy of the I-140 approval notice when you extend your H-1B beyond the 6-year limit. Talk to your lawyer.
