老公和孩子需要申請新的H4嗎? 換言之，H4 需要跟著H1-B 的雇主改變而重新申請嗎？

-Not have to unless the H-4 I-94 will expire soon. But don't forget to file the H-4 extension before the H-4 I-94 expire in the future if you don't do it now.
