請問專家們：公司律師說去邊境即可將TN轉成H1B（我的H1B還有一年多一點的有效期，I140已批準）。是這樣嗎？

-Does the employer have the H-1 approval notice for you? If yes, you can go to the US-Canada border to get the H1 I-94. Another choice is that the employer files I-129 to change your TN to H1 within US.

我女兒也跟著我從TD轉H4，她必須去邊境嗎？
-Yes if you go to the border to get your H1.

從TN（TD）轉H1B（H4）期間，有無進出國的限製？
-If you file change of status within US, you cannot c travel during the H1/H4 pending
