我現在是h1b 簽證被雷。最後一張pay check是4月15號。現在有一些麵試，預計五月底六月初能拿到新offer.

想請問兩個問題：

1，公司pay check上麵的公司地址和h1b petition上麵的公司地址不一致。工作地點和h1b petition相同。pay check上的可能是老地址。請問這種情況h1b transfer有多大的問題。

2，如果5月底6月初拿到新offer，這種情況是建議轉個b2 pending好還是就直接gap不到一個月的時間好？哪種情況比較不會需要離境簽證？
-If your current H-1 I-94 does not expire yet, you have the H-1 grace period of 60 days. You are legally present in US during the grace period, and you can do H-1 transfer or change your status within US before the grace period ends. The grace period begins from the date you are laid off.
