請問大師們， 我朋友去年開始一個contract工作，公司申請h1b，但被RFE，律師們拖拖拉拉的，一直到最近才回複。回複材料裏有一封現在老板的employment verification letter。 因為這個contract 4 月到期，老板就如實寫了“4月到期，但可能會續約”。

像這樣合同快到期了，uscis還會批準這個h1b嗎？ 如果批準，新的h1b會給多長時間呢？
-Probably it will be approved, but the duration may only be up to the contract expiration date. The boss is stupid. If the job gets renewed again, then company needs to file H-1 extension again.
