我的opt－stem是到 June,2019過期，然後到18年1.17是我 150 unemployment days 過期。 所以您的意思是說，即使我到了1.17號還沒有找到工作，我也可以留在美國麽？我聽說如果失業期用完，不管有沒有找到工作，都不能再工作並且不能再留在美國了。因為我看到這句話

  • Students on post-completion OPT-STEM may not accumulate more than 150 days of unemployment or you will be out of valid F-1 status. 

 所以我的理解是，一旦150天失業期滿我沒有找到工作，我繼續呆在美國就不合法了，請問是這樣麽
-Technically yes because you do not have a legal status(i.e. you are out of status), but your stay during this period (before the OPT I-94 expires) is not counted as unlawful presence unless USCIS send you a letter to remind you to leave US. Thus, you will not be subjected to 3- or 10-year bar if you leave US. So, it is  safe for you to go to China to get the H-4 visa to come back if your H-4 application is not approved in US.

Also, USCIS will not know your unemployment until your school put the information into SEVIS.
