我的h1b petition 在公司A 名下。Paycheck和w2在公司B 名下。公司A 和公司B 是sister company, 都在母公司公司C 名下。稅是一起的。

年底想回國。H1B 1st time stamping。請問返簽是否有風險。

另外公司說今年年底會把所有公司B的人都移到公司A。也就是說明年開始Paycheck就成為公司A了。這種情況是否建議明年再回國風險小一些？
