請問老師， 剛收到律師通知說我的PERM (Labour certificate) filing 暫停了， 因為四月份公司有Layoff， 要等到11月份再看， 這期間再沒有Layoff的話，才可以re-filling。我的H1-B明年六月就到期了，我是加拿大公民身份，H1之前拿過TN。請問，我能有什麽辦法保住工作身份？
-If your PERM is approved before your 6-year H-1 ends, then you may use premium processing to get the I-140 approval in 15 days, then file H-1 extension using the approved I-140. Otherwise, you may get the TN again.

可以在H1-B到期之前回加拿大或中國去工作幾個月同時律師Filing Perm 嗎？
