-Yes, you can request withdrawal of the pending B2 application if the H-1 has been approved, but USCIS take time to process the withdrawal, and they may approve your B-2 during the withdrawal processing.

另一個關於H1b申請的問題是，在拿到PWD後，可以給學校說同時申請LCA和貼post嗎？
-The advertisement should have been posted before the employer prepare for  your H-1 petition, and you should have been offered the position. The employer does not need to provide the job advertisement and recruitment paperwork for LCA and H-1 petition.
