我是J1已豁免，正在辦理H1b，但J1很快到期，到期前估計H1b辦不下來。我可以通過J1轉F1，等H1b通過後再轉回H1b的方式保住身份？
-Yes. But if your employer files the H-1 petition before the J-1 expires, then you can legally stay in US and wait for the H1 approval to work, not need to change it to F-1. Also, it may take several months to get the F-1 approval.

如果可行這對以後的綠卡申請有影響嗎？
-No.
