請教一下，我目前正要提交由L1 tranfer to H4的case, 但也有可能過2-3個月回趟國直接辦理H4簽證。我的問題是如果我已經在美國提交了由L1 tranfer to H4的case，在case approve前回國辦理H4簽證，會有什麽影響嗎？
-Then, your pending change of status application will be void, but it does not matter to you because you can apply for the H-4 visa to come back, anyway.
如果有需要注意什麽？
-Nothing special. You may bring the I-539 receipt notice (change of status applicaiton receipt) with you in case the VO ask your status in US.
另外我因工作原因，近6年沒有回國，而且回國後打算辭職，在辦理簽證時處於無工作狀態，這些因素會對H4 簽證有什麽負麵影響嗎？
-No as long as your spouse keep the H-1 status valid (i.e. have a job with H-1 status).
