A friend of mine just graduated from an university and emyloyed by a small company in PA. He wants to know if there is any way to find out whether his employer qualify to file h1b for him.
-As long as the company has a position which needs Bachelor's or higher degree and the company has the money to pay the employee's prevail wage, then the company can sponsor H-1B. Small company does not matter that much. Hire a lawyer to deal with it.
