H1B抽中後，sevis變成pending。H1B被拒後，是不是同時sevis就變成inactive，而沒有了opt兩個月的寬限期，無法轉校了？
-If your change of status application from F-1 (OPT) to H-1 is denied, your status is still F-1 and you still have the grace period of 60 days after the OPT expires. Talk to your school International Student Office.
