i94九月底到期。

-What kind of I-94, F-1?

如果這之前H1B rfe被拒了的話，在九月底到十一月底之間（兩個月的Grace Period）找到學校申請I20，身份上有沒有Gap，需不需要回國激活簽證？

-If you means the I-94 is F-1, then you can go back to the school during the grace period. Talk to the school International Student Offce.
