-Just do the H-1 transfer from B to C. Talk to the HR/lawyer of C, and they will take care of it. There is not any problem in immigration law, but Company B possibly will not be happy because they wasted money and time for the H-1 petition and also delay to find the enployee to work for the position which your spouse works.
