我4月laid off, 公司說在5月7日會撤銷我的H1B. 我在5月3日申請了B2. 之後找到了新的工作，新的公司在5月底交了H1B transfer， 但沒有用premium processing， 我也和律師說了我的B2申請。 6月初的時候公司又決定用premium processing，律師說我的B2 算是 bridge 申請，當他收到premium processing 的確認信時， 會和USCIS說一塊處理兩個申請 （我不知道他有沒有聯係USCIS)。現在兩個申請都被approve 了， 兩個都給了I-94，notice date 和 valid date 的開始日期都一樣，隻是B 2 給了半年，H1B 有3 年。請問我現在是什麽status， 是H1B override B2 麽？如果是，我還要做什麽麽？ 如果不是，我下一步應該做什麽？
-It seems you had two status (B-2 and H-1B) because these two applications were approved at thge same time/day, but technically you can not have two status at the same time, so it is your choice which status you want to have. If you work for the employer with the H-1B status, your status will be H-1B, not B-2 which will be invalid automatically because B-2 holder can not work. Otherwise, if you don't work, then your H-1B will be invalid, and your sttaus will be B-2. So, you just work for the employer to keep your H-1B status.
