請教大家，

由於工作單位原因， 2015年8月提交了I-539申請 H1-b 轉 J-1. 2015年12月31號離開原單位，2016年1月11號原單位辦的H1-b terminated。之後一直在美國等I-539的消息。

現在想要回國簽證，已經發withdrawal letter給USCIS，但沒收到notification of withdrawal。如果現在離開美國，會不會被認為非法逗留180天，

-It should be fine. Bring the I-539 filing receipt notice, just in case the VO asks for it during the interview.
