如果轉成EAD 後，如果在後來不幸， 485 遭拒， 而又失去了工作許可 （EAD)，從法律上講， 就必須離開美國, 那時就非常的慘了， 我是加拿大公民， TN 是非移民傾向的工作許可， 那麽我有了申請移民的案底，

1， 政府還允許我再申請TN 嗎？在485 遭拒後，

-No due to your obvious immigrant intent.

2，如再申請H1B， 而先前的H1B 已經過期， 似乎又得憑抽簽， 而且即使被抽上，也不是馬上能有。

-If your 6 year H-1 have not been used up, you still can use the left H-1 time and also can extend it beyond the 6 year limit using your approved I-140, and thus you don't need a new H-1 quote. But If you have used up all the 6-year H-1 time and did not extend it beyond the 6 year limit, then you have to leave US for at least one year if your I-485 is denied. By the way, if your job is secure, you may not need to worry about using EAD to work.

3， 到了485 PENDING的狀態， 現在的移民律師還有什麽需要做的嗎？

-No.

記得，EB2， 前期， 即PERM ,140的時候， 律師有些工作量，遞交485的時候，律師有些工作量， 現在好像律師也沒甚需要做的了，隻是等。對嗎？

4， 如果， 這個律師收費太貴， 雇主不想花錢， 我可不可以找個收費便宜的律師， 但不是我的移民律師做H1B renew？

-Of course, you can. Normally some lawyers only charge about $700. It is normal for the lawyer fee below $1000. If more than that, it is expensive.

5，公司所雇傭的律師可能會不高興？
