H1B六年期滿後公司可以申請TN，然後告知可以再申請H1B 無需抽簽。我覺得不可能再申請H1B啦。如申請H1B必須離美一年以上而且還得抽簽。我的理解對嗎？
-Your understanding is right. Unless your H-1B had been extended beyond the 6-year H-1 limit before, you have to stay outsidde US for at least one year to be qualifed for another 6-year H-1 quote.
