公司律師不知是大意還是故意，忘記提交 H4, 也怪我沒仔細查看，之後匆忙準備，H4 receipt date 是 2 月 1 號， 而我的 H1B 在 2015年11月提交， 2月5號 approved。 後來就剛好找到下家公司， 同時用加急處理提交 H1,H4 申請 ，並於2月 25號通過，都有 I-94。但是 上個公司的H4 還沒批準，這樣會對以後產生什麽影響呢？ 

-Do you mean that is your spouse's pending H-4? If so, that H-4 probably will be denied because the new H-4 has been approved with I-94. That pending H-4 will not affect anything no matter it will be approved or denied (it is useless).
