請問8老師, 獲得H1B後, 再讀fulltime MBA, 是否算自動放棄H1B?

-If you don't work for the H-1B sponsor, then the H-1B status is void and the employer will ask USCIS to withdraw the H-1B.

MBA畢業後, 還需要從頭開始抽簽才能夠再申請H1B嗎？

-Depends on whether you have worked as H-1B holder for the employer before you go to study. If yes (even if you just work for a few weeks), then you do not need to 從頭開始抽簽.
