I-140剛批，卻需要換工作。六年的H1B剩半年。

 

如果換了新雇主，是不是要重新辦勞工證，

-Yes. But you can use the priority date (PD) of the old I-140 as the PD of the future new I-140.

時間上是不是來不及保持H1B身份？

-You can use the old approved I-140 for the H-1 transfer to extend your H-1 for another 3 years beyond the 6-year H-1 limit again and again as long as the old employer does not withdraw the approved I-140.
