中介公司幫申請 H1B transfer， 用的是premium processing, USCIS網上查到一個月前被RFE,公司律師剛收到信件不久， 正在處理。

不知結果如何，詢問他們沒人理我，感覺事情不妙。 但是我已經在工作一個多月，並拿到兩次paystubs。上一個公司的H1B大約在 12月7號左右revoked。  

現在有其他公司的offer，那我可以讓新公司代辦H1B 嗎？

-Yes

如果可以, 是要用上個公司的paystub 和 H1B /I94？

-Yes, and also provide the copy of  H-1 transfer receipt.

這種情況需要回國反簽H1B才能搞定嗎？ 

-It is possible your new H-1 transfer to the new employer will be approved, but it may have no I-94 because your old company has withdrawed/revoked  the H-1, and your H-1 transfer is pending. If so, you need to go to China to get the H-1 visa to come back. No big deal, anyway.
