H1B 馬上過期， 新公司才開始 LCA, I-129, 在遞交I-129 第二天後 H1B 過期，如果遞交時用加急/premium processing ， 這樣會被拒嗎？

-Most likely it will be fully approved. At the worst, the H-1 transfer will be approved, but the approval have no I-94. If so, you need to go to China to ge the H-1 visa to come back (, had better do it within one month, the sooner the better).

如果被拒，是不是立即應該回國簽 H1B ？
