最後想問下： 申請F2簽證前是不是需要把H1B簽證的申請撤銷掉？

-It does not matter, but you need to get your passport back to apply for the F-2 visa if they hold your passport there.

這樣F2的簽證官會不會提出疑問，質疑我為什麽改簽F2呢？

-Normally they may not ask you this question. If asked, just say you need to return to US to stay with your spouse, and can not wait for the H-1 visa. It will not affect your F-2 visa, anyway.
