-There are different types of immigration petition based on employment such as EB1A, EB1B and EB2 (NIW and PERM based). It seems your husband has strong professional background, so he may consider EB1A or EB1B, thus all of you may get the green card in about one years. He had better consult an immigraiton lawyer to evaluate his qualifications (this evaulation normally is free for some lawyers).
