我現在H1b馬上5年了，剛剛perm audit結束要辦140，現在想問這個幾個情況：

1。 如果140批下來了approve了，公司現在情況不好，萬一公司倒閉了，我沒有找到下家，可以轉H4嗎？

-Yes.

2。如果140批下來了approve了，我跳槽了，老東家把我的那個140 revoke了是不是我就不能延期我的H1b了呢？

-Correct., but normally nealy no employers will do that becuase no law requres it. Also the employer does not lose anything if he does not withdraw the I-140.

3。如果新公司在申請H1B transfer的時候就已經延期了我的H1b，之後老東家revoke了我的140是不是我的H1b日期還是隻有原來最初的6年？

-If the H-1 transer is approved before the I-140 is revoked, then the duration of the new H-1 duration is valid. But you can extend it again after the new I-94 expires unless your new emplyer files PERM (on year before H-1 expires) or I-140 (approved) for you.

這個時候能申請H4的EAD工作嗎？

-You can change your status H-4, but whether you can apply fo EAD to work depends on your spouse H-1 situation (e.g. whether he has approved I-140, or he ahs extended his H-1 beyond the 6 year limit).
