They need me to start on 8/24/2015, and I like to attend new employees orientation and to do HR paper work before that as well. I am currently in Canada, so I still need a Consular interview too once I get the approval notice paper. Here I want to expedite every step. Your suggestion and sharing of information is greatly appreciated.
-You have to have the H-1 approval notice to apply for the H-1 visa in Canada. You may ask your employer or lawyer to contact USCIS. But it is still very normal at the this time. The H-1 approval notice will be mailed to the employer or the lawyer.
