急問8老師： H1B RFE: Specialty Occupation

今年H1B 收到RFE： SPECIALTY OCCUPATION. 裏麵有一條： “Copies of any written contracts (or work orders ) between the petitioner and the beneficiary or, if there is no written contract, a summary of the terms of the oral agreement under  which the beneficiary will be employed that indicates the services being provided by your company and/or the beneficiary.”。 

我的律師要求公司交相關材料時，竟然沒提到這點， 是我自己看USCIS 的文件才發現的。 現在的問題是： 我因為去年H1B沒抽中，用CPT 工作。申請CPT時，公司有提供學校要求的INTERNSHIP OFFER LETTER. 每學期一個INTERNSHIP OFFER LETTER, 有FULL-TIME 和PART-TIME 的。 但是公司沒有給我任何WRITTEN CONTRACTS。
請問8 老師：
1. 我是否可以用這些INTERNSHIP OFFER LETTER 作為WRITTEN CONTRACT. 

2. 如果不行，那麽我是否要讓公司寫一個 “ a summary of the terms of the oral agreement under  which the beneficiary will be employed that indicates the services being provided by your company and/or the beneficiary.”

3. 我是否可以打印manager 布置給我的PROJECT 的EMAIL，作為 WORK ORDER 的證據？
