尊敬的8老師，請教如下問題：我一直持TN在美工作，在2013年H1B中簽，因沒有得到J1豁免，故沒有激活，一直用TN在同一公司工作。現想激活H1B，不知是否可行？
-Do you mean the H-1B was approved in 2013, but had no I-94? If yes and you have got J-1 waiver, you can activate your H-1B.


如果可以，是否可到美加邊境的陸地口岸？
-Yes.


如果LD和孩子同時申請H4可行否?
-Yes.

需要那些文件？
-You need the employment verification letter from your employer, the H-1B approval notice, and your passport. Your wife needs your marriage certificate, and your child needs his/her birth certificate.
