回複：H1B（EB3）被公司LAYOFF，I485 PENDING超過兩年，該怎麽辦？

我被公司LAYOFF(I485　PENDING超過兩年)，H1B是不占名額的，因為是非盈利機構，聽說不可以轉H1B（因為不占名額），我申請了EAD，但至少下個月才下來。我的舊公司承諾不象移民局報告什麽。
I do not understand why you said non-profit H1b could not be transfered. Usually, it can be transfered into same or similar job.
請問我現在該怎麽辦，是不是隻能等EAD才能工作，綠卡會不會因此受影響呢。
Waiting for EAD is better way. Whether or not it will affect your 485 is based on which type of job you will got. if you get 140 is based on non-profit job, You only can get non-profit job again will help your 485
