there were multiple light sources in the vedio/picture. it is difficult to judge whether the shadow  has problem or not, as after the mysterious guy walked away from the other guy, nobody else was at about the same position with him.

To me, the suspecious thing is that the shadow of the mysterious man is too dark; but again, since nobody else was in the same position as him, it is difficult to judge.
