我加拿大國籍，十年綠卡，現需要更新。
2003年初，單人持加拿大身份證駕車來美，訪問博士後在讀的女兒。一個多月後，回到加拿大（取新發的護照）。再過不到一個月，駕車再次進入美國時，在海關被拒入境。本人當時年逾六十，從來沒有做任何違法的事，但被問了較多問題，對轎車及行李進行了較徹底的檢查。
2009年填I-495表時， 對問題“Have you ever been deported from the United States, or removed from the United States at government expense, excluded
within the past year, or are you now in exclusion, deportation, removal, or recission proceedings?”，回答no
現在 I-90 表需回答問題“Have you ever been in exclusion, deportation, or removal proceedings or ordered removed from the United States? ”
問題1：應該怎樣回答呢？-Say "No".
問題2：如果需要回答Yes，在必須填寫的補充說明中，是簡單說“2003年初陸路口岸入境被拒”，還是如上述一樣說得略詳細點， 還是要具體日期，車牌， 口岸名稱(記不清了)等？
