-Say "Yes".
如果要選yes, 我要在 Part14 additional information 處怎麽解釋她逾期呆在美國呢？
-Just say "Overstay after the period of authorized stay ended".
另外，我媽得到美國簽證前 有兩次據簽，I485 Part8 question 15. Have you ever been denied a visa to the United States? 我選了 Yes, 我是不是要在Part14 additional information 提供解釋？
-Right.
怎麽解釋呢？
-May say" Unable to convince the visa officer that I had no immigrant intent".
我媽的情況是兩次拒簽和逾期呆在美國，是不是Part8 除了上述兩個問題， 其他的14-80的問題都回答no?-Tell the truth.
2. I485 Part1 recent immigration history, 我媽申請簽證和入境用的舊護照，後來在美國辦了新護照。I485 Part1 recent immigration history 這裏的護照信息我是填舊護照信息，對嗎？
-Immigration means you filed I-130 for her and she filed I-485.
在我填I130表的關於我媽護照信息時，我用的美國辦的新護照信息，新護照還在有效期。那我複印護照時是不是兩本都要複印。舊護照複印放在I485表, 新護照複印是放在I485 或是I130？ 舊護照要不要複印拒簽那頁？據簽對申請綠卡有影響嗎？
-Only need to provide the information pages of new passport and the visa stamp page and departure page (by Chinese customs) and entry stamp page (by US CBP Officer) of the old passport. Also need to provide the copy of the I-94 got when she entered US.
3. 我先生簽I864A表時用藍色筆簽的名，簽名是不是一定要用黑色筆？
-It should be fine.
