我父母現在在中國需要準備以下文件, 對嗎:
- My birth certificate with both parents' names
- Relationship Certification (to prove ABC is XYZ’s mom and to prove DEF is XYZ’s father, XYZ is me)
- My parents' Marriage Certificate

- 我遺漏了什麽文件嗎?-Their marriage certificate. If the 戶口本 has your name, your parents' names there, you had better do the 戶口本公證。 I have seen some IO asked for this document because they may not trust the Chinese people's birth certificates from Mainland China (出生公證).
- 我結婚後改了Last Name，公民證和結婚證上都有我 Birth Name. 公民證和結婚證是否足夠證明XYT (婚後名) was XYZ(出生名)?-I think so. But you had better also provide the name change document, just in case.
- My parents' Marriage Certificate – Is that just for my father's I-130 only? My mom's I-130 does not need it, correct?-Correct.
