我2013已經獲得綠卡，結婚早於綠卡。現以follow to join為國內的丈夫辦理移民簽證。剛剛收到I-824表approval的信件。上麵寫著：we have notified the consulate listed above that the applicant's status has been adjusted to that of a .lawful permanent resident.
現有些疑惑：1. 下一步該做什麽？
2.我的case要經過NVC嗎？-Yes. You need to contact USCIS to see whether they have forwarded your approved I-824 to NVC yet. If no, ask them to do it as soon as possible because some IO may not know the procedure that the approved I-824 needs to be forwarded to NVC for process.
After the I-824 is forwarded to NVC, then NVC will contact you and send you instructions.
