謝謝8老師的詳細回答。還有一個問題就是“因為我本人不擔保我父母（我沒有收入），我是不是就不用提交我的收入證明，tax return和asset這些證明了？”隻需要提交擔保人的這些資料就可以了吧? 謝謝

-Right. You just need to file I-864, and not need to rpovide the income or asset proof. But your joint sponsor needs to file another I-864 an provide the income proof, and if his come is not enough,, he needs to provide asset proof also.
