請教8老師，我現在是H1b的身份，有有效簽證，下周和太太(美國公民)會去婚姻綠卡麵談，但是麵談後一周我就需要回中國出差2周。如果我的麵談通過，但是在離開美國前拿不到綠卡，或者在回美國前也拿不到(我出差時太太收到可以快遞到中國)綠卡，我該以什麽身份入境？還有沒有什麽別的辦法？
-If your I-485 is not approved before you leave, I suggest you to apply for the emergency advance parole in the local USCIS Offcie to travel, not use the H-1 visa. If the I-485 is approved, then you may bring your passort and the I-485 approval notice to get the green card stamp in the local USCIS Office to travel.
