I have difficulty to paste, this is a short version of question and hope you can help.

2015-01-02-notice of intent to deny for my dad case.


The letter said :”
You claimed you last entry was on 09/07/2013. Submit proof
that you were inspected and/or admitted to the United States (Copy of your U.S
visa, passport stamp page, and/or I-94). “


We have the above materials and I submitted in
Feb 2014, the material is the same as my mom’s whose case just got approved. I do not know what they mean
“you were inspected”.   
-That means your father was legally admitted to enter US using a valid visa on 9/7/2013, and has not leave US since there. If it is true, please submit the copy of the visa stamp page of his passport, passport stamp page (which the IO put a note there for his legal entry,) and the I-94 (download it online and print it out) for the response to the NOID as soon as possible even if he has provided these documents when he filed I-485 (probably USCIS lost them).
