俺這個卡，等了快五年了，從2003年申請140，到今天才批一個人，啥意思啊？是不是綠卡配額不夠用，現隻能給一個？另一個需要再等多久啊？小白兔，皮匠，大俠們，能給點建議嗎？我們能做什麽工作嗎？
