急：請教如何取消已經發出的EMAIL（假設收信人還沒有打開EMAIL）

我FORWARD錯了一封EMAIL。EMAIL已經發出。
請問：
1。如何取消
2。如果收信人還沒有打開EMAIL， 我如何讓她們打不開。
3。有些人可能已經看到了，如何讓她們想再看時，打不開。無法FORWARD 給別人。
4。Mary ORIGIANL EMAIL

I really wish you had not forwarded the e-mail with the message I sent you about xxxxx's mother to everyone on the list.
The comment I made to you was private...not for all eyes

5。It is about my girl's class. Someone always complain about the food we brought.

6. I didn't ententionally forward the email to others, I just want to use the name list, but forgot to delete the information about the email.

7. If everyone has seen the email, what should I do to recover the damage between me and Mary. I really forgot about delete the old part of the email.

HELP, I don't want to lose a friend. We just have an issue between us,
I don't want she thought THIS was my 報複。 I just want to use the email address. for god sake!
